Warranty
Fix Phone Center™ stores are independently
owned and operated by franchise owners.
Each individual Fix Phone Center™ Stores have the power and authority to offer the 90-day warranty
and ensure that all the terms of the warranty are fulfilled, along with all the services that emanate from it. Devices or services that aren’t covered by the warranty cannot be serviced through the warranty exchange policy.
We guarantee excellent service. The repair warranty covers issues for the same service that was completed on the device. Repair defects and/or malfunctioning parts are covered by the warranty. Each warranty per Fix Phone Center™ store may differ and it is valid from the delivery date.
Validating the Warranty
For In-Store, the device must be taken to the same Fix Phone Center™ that serviced you. The Fix Phone Center Store will then evaluate if your device can be serviced again through the warranty policy. For devices that were serviced by a mobile repair technician, send a support ticket on our website to re-connect you with the same technician that serviced your device.

90-day warranty. Please ask your local
Fix Phone Center™ to and if there are
