Answer
Yes, the repairs we perform have a 90-day limited warranty at most of our participating stores. Please check with your local store if this is applicable or if they offer a different warranty. At the time of requesting the warranty repair, it is necessary to take the device where it was inspected or to contact the mobile server and present the original or a copy of the invoice to validate the warranty.
If the device is having the same issue after repair, the consumers must contact the repair shop or mobile repair where the device was serviced for a technician to diagnose. If the device came back to the shop with any other damage done by the customer after receiving the phone, the customer must bear the new cost for repair.
The 90-day warranty, as set out in the Terms and Conditions of the Warranty, is an obligation of the service provider to respond for spare parts, installation, proper functioning, and compliance with the conditions of suitability, quality, and safety offered. Only participating stores may offer a 90-day warranty. To find out if a store near you is participating in the 90-day warranty, you must call them directly to inquire about their warranty policies.
The following is a list of items and issues not covered by warranty exchange:
  • Defects or damages by the customer after the repair resulting from the misuse of the product, other than normal wear and tear, including but not limited to antennas or screens thereof;
  • Defects or damage from misuse, accident, or neglect; improper self-testing, operation, maintenance, or self-installation; or other activities that may void the warranty maintenance of the device or when the product has not been operated by the user manual and/or use in deficient environmental conditions;
  • Any adjustment, alteration, or modification to the device of any kind, modifications or incorrect service caused by technical personnel not authorized by Fix Phone Center™;
  • Devices that have been disassembled or repaired by another technician not affiliated with Fix Phone Center or the customer in such a manner as to adversely affect performance or prevent adequate inspection and testing to validate the warranty claim;
  • Defects or failures in the device and its power supply are caused by the use of generic accessories instead of the original ones supplied by the manufacturer. Batteries not charged with a specific manufacturer's charger or that are physically damaged and show alterations, products with labels removed or illegible serial numbers;
  • Defects or damage due to spills or immersion in food or liquid. The equipment software was modified to an extent that is not allowed by the manufacturer.
  • Devices that aren’t covered by the warranty exchange or have the warranty voided will be returned to the customer. Any fees collected, as part of the warranty exchange will not be refunded.
The service provider should return the money in case the technician is not able to repair the device. The technician will inspect the warranty exchange return and determine whether it meets the requirements of the warranty exchange return policy.
It depends on the condition of the device; however, our certified technicians can repair devices in less than an hour for common models of screen replacements.

A repair under the warranty can take up to 10 business days depending on the availability of the part.



No, you must go back to the authorized Fix Phone Center™ or call the repair agent who originally serviced you.


The authorized Fix Phone Center™ that performed the service or the authorized mobile repair agent who originally serviced your device will be responsible for the device's warranty.

They are also responsible for the repair of that damage. Part of our service is for customers to enjoy their repaired device and receive it in good working order.

The Original Service Order is a requirement. It must be provided to prove that you acquired the service and the delivery date of the device. Additionally, the person who has received the service must be the one who makes the pertinent arrangements.
The authorized Fix Phone Center™ repair agent is required to answer for the integrity of the device.


If a Fix Phone Center™ authorized repair agent does not want to respond to a warranty, you can contact the corporate headquarters to resolve the issue (Repair Complain).

In physical stores, repairs can range from mobile phones, tablets, and even video game consoles. You can call any participating stores, or you can come to your local store with an electronic device and ask for your personalized quote without obligation.
In most cases, replacing a broken screen can range from 40 minutes or less depending on the condition of the device. You can wait in the store or you can come back later when it’s done. Don’t worry; your device will be repaired within the day!
You do not need to make an appointment, just go to your nearest Fix Phone Center™ repair shop at your earliest convenience.

To know the cost of repairing your phone, it is best to go directly to any of our repair shops and request a free diagnosis, so that the technician can identify what the device problem is and give you a personalized estimate.

If by some chance a store does not have the part needed to fix your device, we can have one delivered right away. As soon as we have it in our store, we will notify you so that you can bring it back. You can also call us ahead of time to ask if we have the part you need in stock.
Yes! If you want to back up your data, you have come to the right place. Thanks to our exclusive software and our certified and specialized technicians, we perform a backup on a pen drive or even pass your data from your old phone to the new one. Just ask our participating stores!
Depending on the problem, damage to the device may occur which may cause data loss. For this reason, it is advisable to tell the staff that you want a backup of your information before repairing, so that all your data can be saved in case something happens during the service. At Fix Phone Center ™, we advise you to always make a regular backup, so that you never lose important information (photos, contacts, emails ...). If you don't know how to do it, ask our technicians, and they will do it for you!
When your electronic device is damaged, the manufacturer warranty is voided and in some cases such as water damage can void the manufacturer's warranty. Do not worry because our repairs can be covered by a limited 90-day warranty at some participating stores.
A high percentage of the devices that are damaged by any liquid (water, soda, cleaning chemicals, etc..) are recovered thanks to the professional treatment done in our physical stores. Keep in mind that, once the device is water damaged, the sooner you bring it to a physical store the higher the percentage the phone can turn back on.
